1. What is Bigger better bundles?

Bigger better bundles comes with 2 benefits:

1.       Digicel Grenada postpaid customers can now make calls to other Digicel Caribbean* numbers and the call is deducted from the bundle instead of being charged as an international call.

2.       Digicel Grenada postpaid customers while Digi-roaming** will have their calls back home to Digicel numbers and calls to Digicel Caribbean numbers deducted from their bundle minutes.

*Digicel Caribbean includes all Digicel numbers in: St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Barbados, Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda, St. Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla, Jamaica and Trinidad.

**Digi-Roaming is roaming on other Digicel networks in: St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Barbados, Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda, St. Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla, Jamaica and Trinidad.

2.  Does my bundle minutes increase or decrease with the introduction of Bigger better bundles?

No your bundle does not change with introduction Bigger better bundles. All your bundle minutes remain the same; we have just added more value to your bundle.

3. When at home how are my calls to Digicel Caribbean charged when I have exhausted my bundle?

When your bundle is exhausted, all calls to Digicel Caribbean are charged at regular calling rates.

4. When Digi-roaming how are my calls to Digicel Caribbean charged when I have exhausted my bundle?

When Digi roaming and your bundle is exhausted you would be charged US.25c per minute (per second billing) for all calls made back home, calls made within the roaming country and calls to other Digicel Caribbean numbers.

5. How does bigger better bundles affect me when Digi-roaming?

When roaming all calls to Digicel numbers back home, within the roaming country and calls to other Digicel Caribbean* numbers are deducted from your bundle minutes

*Digicel Caribbean includes all Digicel numbers in: St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Barbados, Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda, St. Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla, Jamaica and Trinidad.

6. Will I get the benefits of Bigger better bundle when roaming internationally?

No, the benefits of Bigger better bundle will not apply when international roaming. Regular roaming international rates will apply.

7. Do I have to sign up or register for Bigger better bundles?

 Registration or sign up is not required for Bigger better bundle. This will automatically be applied to your existing bundle

9. Is there an additional subscription for this new service?

There is no additional monthly fee associated with Bigger better bundles.  It is a FREE benefit for all Digicel postpaid subscribers

10. How will calls made to Digicel Caribbean numbers appear on my bill?

All calls made to Digicel Caribbean numbers will remain in the international section of your bill but will show a cost of $0.00 once that call was made within your bundle minutes. When you have exhausted your bundle minutes regular charges will appear.

11. Will incoming calls be free when Digi-Roaming under the bigger better bundles?
Currently all incoming calls while Digi-roaming** are free, this will not change.
