Digicel Customers in Mt. Craven and Mt. Rodney Get Improved Coverage

“Customers in this area can now more readily benefit from the power of EDGE and attractive promotions”

Tuesday, September 6th 2011 – St. George’s, Grenada: As the eight anniversary of the launch of the Digicel service in Grenada approaches, the company continues to invest in the network in keeping with its goal to be the Bigger, Better network.

On August 25, 2011 a new cell site was opened at Mt. Craven/Mt. Rodney to improve the coverage in the districts of Davi, Mt. Rodney, Mt. Alexander, Prospect, Lower Sauteurs and some areas of Mt. Craven. The commissioning of this site brings to 48 the number of cell sites deployed across Grenada, Carriacou and Petit Martinique.

“We are constantly testing and analyzing our network while listening to our customers,” said Kirk Seetahal Marketing Manager, “and this new cell site would greatly improve the lives of the people of this district, giving them even better access to our world class service.”

Customers in these areas can now more readily benefit from a better quality service and take part in the attractive Digicel promotions and surf on their Smartphones with the power of EDGE.

This is Digicel’s commitment to providing the best service, best value and best network always.
